Tianna Groelly is a creative producer and tour production manager with over five years of experience in the music industry. She began her career in New York City, where she spent three years at Atlantic Records working directly under EVP of Creative Rob Gold and alongside world-renowned photographer Jimmy Fontaine, producing visual campaigns for major artists from concept through DSP delivery.

Now based in Milan, she leads global tour production for an electronic music artist, managing end-to-end operations across 70+ cities and 30+ countries. Her work spans venue contracting, ticketing strategy, international travel logistics, and live show execution, while collaborating closely with promoters, marketing teams, and venue partners worldwide.

Across both creative and live production, she operates at the intersection of artistry and execution, bringing an artist-first, strategic approach to building campaigns and experiences that are both visually impactful and operationally seamless.
